Capt. Kirk has piloted Starship since 1983. Starship has flown at competitive events throughout the East Coast and as far West as Albuquerque. In 1995 Starship flew in the Fiesta Division of the World Championship held at Battlecreek, MI. In 1996 Starship won the Balloon Federation of America's Fiesta Division National Championship held in Columbus, MO. "Starship" was selected by Capt. Kirk, an Officer in The United States Army, as the only "logical" alternative for the balloon's name.

Our flight path will take us over luscious fields, small towns, and the Delaware countryside. We will fly at various altitudes, from just above the surface to 3000 feet, limited only by your willingness to fly!

We offer scenic hot air balloon flights over the beautiful Delmarva countryside. A balloon flight is a unique and exhilarating experience for all ages. I have over 20 years of experience as a hot air balloon pilot and have flown in ballooning events throughout the United States.

Flights begin just prior to sunrise or approximately three hours prior to sunset. Since light winds provide the most pleasurable flight, we will fly when Mother Nature provides the best weather conditions. You will be in the air for approximately one hour but you will need to allow three to four hours for your aerial adventure.

One passenger-$200;
two passengers-$350;

$100 deposit required to reserve a specific date. Gift Certificates must be paid in full at time of issue. Payments fully refundable if flights cannot be scheduled after one year.
